We have added 'Curator's Notes' to all completed music requests - available on the Playlists page via your Dashboard.
Customers can now view personalised 'Curator's Notes' on each request. Get more insight and understanding into the changes that our music team have made and start building a bespoke relationship with your curator.
You can submit a Request via the Playlists page on your Dashboard (Web) or on the dedicated Requests screen on the MyAmbie mobile app (iOS or Android).
Once the Request has been completed, you'll be notified by email. You can then login to your Dashboard (web, iOS or Android) and view the completed Request.
You will see a new button called 'Curator's Notes'. Click this button to read notes from your personal curator regarding the request and how they've handled it.
