Music 'Requests' Now Available On The My Ambie Mobile App

You can now submit music requests directly from the My Ambie mobile app, available on iOS and Android

We have just released a new version of the My Ambie mobile app which includes a brand new 'Requests' section for all your music curation needs. 

You can find 'Requests' using the navigation at the bottom of the screen. Once on the page, you can:

• Request a new playlist
  
• Submit a music refresh (if you want to refresh or update an existing playlist)
  
• Add/remove a specific song
  
• Other request (can be anything from a schedule change to a Spotify playlist)

Once you've submitted you request, you'll receive an email notification confirming and you can view the request in your 'pending' section (underneath the 'request' buttons). 

Once the request has been actioned by your curator (generally within 24-48 hours), you'll receive an email notification and you can view the completed request in the 'completed' section. If you click 'Curator's Notes' you can also view a few notes written by your curator about the specific request.
