It's really important that our clients have a way of telling us the tracks or songs that they enjoy listening to, and also the songs that they perhaps don't enjoy quite as much!
You can feedback to us on the individual tracks you're hearing by using the Ambie Remote. To do this, please follow the steps below:
Open up a browser on your computer/tablet/smartphone, and log in to the Ambie Remote at remote.ambie.fm
Log in to your account using your credentials. (If you don't know these, you will need to request them by emailing support@ambie.fm)
Once you're logged in, the video below shows you how to feedback on tracks to us:
Remember, you can only feedback on the track playing now, or the track that played previously. Using the feedback 'flag' will allow you to
Report tracks positively to us, and tell us what you like!
Report tracks negatively to us. These tracks will be removed from your playlist within 24 hours.
Give us some context as to why you're reporting tracks negatively, so we learn for the future!
