Every player is linked to a weekly music schedule that decides what playlists are set to play, and at what times, throughout the week. This schedule can be accessed by logging into your Dashboard. An example schedule is below:
Once you're in the 'Schedules' tab, you can view the different schedules created for your business by using the dropdown on the top left-hand side.
You can edit the schedule at any time, add new playlists or adjust the times:
- Click the button 'Edit Schedule' ( this is above the schedule itself)
- Click the playlist you want to edit OR add a new playlist by clicking the blank space
- Preview/select the new playlist you want or edit the times/days
- Click 'save' (you get notified of gaps in your schedule - as long as this is planned, then this doesn't matter and you can continue to save the playlist)
- Once you've finished editing the schedule in full, click 'save' again in the top right hand corner of the page
Once you've done this, the new schedule will be sent to your player however it may take a few minutes before the changes are reflected in what you're hearing
