How to check your Ambie player is online.


There are two ways to check whether your Ambie player is connected to the internet:


Logging in to the Ambie Remote:


  1. Open up a browser on your computer/tablet/smartphone, and log in to the Ambie Remote at remote.ambie.fm.
  2. Log in to your account using your credentials. (If you don't know these, you will need to request them by emailing support@ambie.fm).
  3. If you a screen like below, then your player is online and connected to the internet.
  4. If you see a screen like the one below, then your player is offline, and needs to be connected to the internet


Checking via the Ambie Dashboard:


You can check whether your player is online by logging in to the Ambie Dashboard, although some users will not have access to this.


  1. Open Google Chrome on your computer/laptop, and head to dashboard.ambie.fm.
  2. Log in to your account using your credentials.
  3. Ensure you're on the 'Locations' section of the Dashboard.
  4. If your player is online, then you'll see a Green circle next to your Site name, as illustrated by the image below:
  5. If you Ambie player is offline, then you'll see a Red circle next to your site name, as illustrated by the image below:
